We are experienced consultants certified in Lean Six Sigma located in the metropolitan area of beautiful Phoenix, Arizona.  With our education, experience, and passion to see health care and service organizations succeed, we are prepared to help you improve your business outcomes through process improvement.

Lean and Six Sigma are separate continuous improvement principles but share the same results: improved business outcomes. Lean and Six Sigma are applied by many types of organizations in all sectors of our economy.  When combining the two sets of principles, organizations receive the maximum value and achieve the fastest rate of improvement.

• The core idea of Lean is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste (non value-added steps) . The ideal process provides a perfect value to the customer through a value creation process with zero waste.

• Six Sigma improves the quality of process outputs by removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in the value creation.

What We Do
